Los Premios Eisner 2021 se entregaron en una ceremonia virtual como parte de la Comic-Con International de la 33ª edición de los Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards. Dstacaron autores veteranos como  Stan Sakai, Mike Allred, Laura Allred o Junji Ito, premiado por partida doble como Mejor escritor por sus mangas Remina y el recopilatorio Lo mejor de Junji Ito, y el premio a Mejor Edición de EE.UU. de Material Internacional — Asia por el manga Remina. ambas obras publicadas en España por ECC Ediciones.
